Don't think you have been quieter than usual. It sometimes looks like you have a whole editorial team behind you - output is phenominal

The worst here doesn't sound too bad.

I share your philosophy but we still need to motivate folks who don't always have same outlook as ourselves

Just wanted to say how much I enjoyed reading this! Could just picture the bridge and the steps by the Scotsman. And it's always good to hear others talking about finding their work fun - I sometimes wonder if I ought to take it all more seriously!

Rather like the simplicity of the following statement of yours, Ewan: "Basically, I learnt what it means to work".

Perhaps even more, I appreciate the following: "If work doesn't feel like escapism, play, fun... then it's not something I want to be doing."

And that, I suppose, is why I made the call a year ago to return to the classroom. Just happy it didn't involve a clown classroom and pizza parties. (wink)

"If work doesn't feel like escapism, play, fun... then it's not something I want to be doing." I couldn't agree more....

Also just wanted to say how much I enjoy reading this! GOD BLESS!
