Dell's making a games console?

Spot the question mark in the title. Could this mean a generic, PC-based platform on which to play your games, the ones you have on your PC, even? Might we see an end to the fight between consoles based on what games you have available on each one? Might buying a games console now become more 'civilised' because it looks like a boring PC instead of a snazzy DS? Well, all I hope is that this possibility from Dell doesn't crash and burn... ;-)
