Renfrewshire puts the 'C' in ICT

396770250_72109f2b34 I'm on the way back to Leith from an evening of web goodness at a superb school campus at Gleniffer High School, Renfrewshire. So good that the school even ended up as an addition to a wikipedia.org entry on the local area. I've taken some pics and put them here and David and Gordon have posted pics, too, including the podcast action shot (right).

David Muir and I had a great time and, not even home yet, I've had a charming couple of emails from some of the 200 teachers, parents and councillors who avoided the major football shananigans tonight.

We covered a panoply of good, interesting practice from Scotland and around the world. We'll post the links tomorrow and the day after, of course. Gordon covers things in most detail in his one, two, three, four posts on the event.

Thanks Renfrewshire! We look forward to meeting you online somewhere, some time. In the meantime, we'll just have to make do with our shared moment of podcasting together which you can download right here (1MB, 2:10mins)

A great inspirational evening. Thanks!

Ewan

Thanks so much for the hard work in preparation and planning you put into the event. I am very pleased with how it went. As we discussed I will make sure that you get feedback as it comes to me.

Ewan -- Have you had a chance to work with Stephen Heppell in the past/present? Clearly the title of your post calls his name into question (in a very good way!).

Cheers, Christian

I've worked with Stephen once, briefly, and will be seeing him Friday in Brussels, but the name of the post/conference was decided for me by others. Just serendipity, nothing more :-)
