I'm thrilled to learn this morning from the SLF2008 blog that Charlie Leadbetter, a TED Talker and author of We-Think who I saw put the world to rights with Andrew Keen last month, is going to be headlining the Scottish Learning Festival 2008.

Charlie's main thrust is arguably on the power of the crowd, looking at how technology, cities, participative culture and the net can connect people to make powerful new things, can make society better.

You can see Charlie in speaking action during his TED Talk of Summer 2005:

Module Masterclass

School leaders and innovators struggle to make the most of educators' and students' potential. My team at NoTosh cut the time and cost of making significant change in physical spaces, digital and curricular innovation programmes. We work long term to help make that change last, even as educators come and go.
