In a talk not dissimilar to his spiel at the Scottish Learning Festival in 2005, Sir Ken Robinson explains how creativity is at the heart of change. Thanks to Kristian for the tip of the hat.
I help create the most beautiful schools in the world, inside and out
It was good, thanks for the link Ewan. However it appears to have been pulled from the schoolsnetwork site - Perhaps because of the interest, which would be a shame.

Sir Ken again. After a bit of sleuthing I see at
http://imm.specialistschools.org.uk/NatConfNew/at_the_event/keynote_videos.aspx
it says “streamed videos of the keynote presentations are available here....
Highlights of Sir Ken Robinson's keynote will be available here soon.”
The Boswells School cheerleading squad is available for viewing now though.
